Coordinating one aspect of a construction project is a
difficult task. But coordinating the entire process, from
initial planning and foundation work, through the final coat
of paint in the last room, takes someone with the managerial
skills of Richard Espinoza; the force of will of General Patton
and the patience of Job. Richard leads the field operation
team for Cornerstone Homes. He manages the entire construction
operation, finds and coordinates the subcontractors and works
closely with the customers to ensure that all work is done
on time, within budget and according to plans and specifications.
Richard’s high level of personal commitment to our customers
make for a wonderful building experience and final product.
Kathy Brodock,
Interior Designer
Kathy’s goal is to make the building process fun and
exciting for our clients. She makes the customers aware of
the design options that are available and advises on final
selections with which our clients can be comfortable. (Photo
